Jacobo is a senior associate in the Corporate and M&A practice at Gómez- Acebo & Pombo.

He specialises in corporate governance and corporate law of listed companies, corporate and M&A transactions with an impact on the different securities markets (takeover bids, IPOs, equity issues, debt and listed securities, etc.).

He holds a law degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid, (Spain). He has obtained a Certificate in Business Administration (CBA) from IE University and a master’s degree in Business Administration (LL.M) from IE University.

He has participated as author or coauthor in several specialised publications.
