GA_P advises Andbank as underwriter in the process of incorporation of EV Motors to BME Growth

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advised Andbank, as coordinating bank and sole underwriter, in a capital increase.

That allowed the entry of some 450 shareholders prior to the listing of EV Motors’ shares on BME Growth. The financing obtained was 40 million euros, with an oversubscription of close to 25%.

This placement was the largest financing operation carried out in the history of BME Growth in connection with the incorporation of a company into BME Growth.With the incorporation of EV Motors into BME Growth, the company demonstrates its efforts to become the leading group in sustainable electric mobility, as a key objective within its strategic plan.

The GA_P team was formed by Guillermo Guerra, Andrea Esbrí and Jacobo Palanca, partner and senior associates of the Mercantil team.
