Vanessa is a counsel in the Banking and Finance practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

She has extensive experience in project finance transactions, export credit transactions, acquisition finance, refinancing and restructuring.

She holds a Law degree from the Universidad CEU San Pablo, specialising in EU law, and a master’s degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from the IE University.

She has been recognised by Legal 500 (2021) directory in the Banking and Finance area. 

Vanessa has participated as author and coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
