GA_P advises Pollen Street Capital (FinSolutia) on the acquisition of HipoGes Iberia from KKR

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Pollen Street Capital, through its portfolio company FinSolutia, an Iberian platform providing technology services for the management of credit and real estate assets, on the acquisition of HipoGes Iberia, the leading platform in the sector in Southern Europe, from the American private equity firm KKR.

The transaction has been formalised through the signing of binding agreements and is subject to certain conditions.

With this transaction, the two companies will create the largest tech-enabled credit and real estate servicing platform in Europe, significantly strengthening their presence in Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Greece.

The GA_P team was led by Augusto Piñel together with Valentina Rodríguez, partner and counsel of the Corporate team, and included the collaboration, among others, of Mafalda Barreto, Clara Rivero, Leonor Rocha, Sergio Gómez, and Victor Villaverde, partner and associates of the Corporate team in the Madrid and Lisbon offices, as well as Remedios García, counsel of the Tax team in Madrid.
