Valentina Rodríguez
Valentina is a counsel in the Corporate and M&A practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
She specialises in corporate law and financial markets law.
She holds a Law degree from the Catholic University Andrés Bello, in Caracas, Venezuela and from the Carlos III University. She holds also a master’s degree in Legal Advice (MAJ) from the IE University. Valentina has completed the specialisation in Financial Markets Law at Stock Market Studies Institute (IEB) and the Legal Project Management Programme at IE University (2019) – LLP Certified.
She is recognised in the most prominent legal directories such as Chambers & Partners.
Valentina has participated as author or coauthor in different specialised legal publications.
