GA_P assessora a Pollen Street Capital (FinSolutia) na aquisição da HipoGes Iberia à KKR

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo assessorou a Pollen Street Capital, através da sua participada FinSolutia, uma plataforma ibérica de serviços tecnológicos aplicados à gestão de créditos e ativos imobiliários, na aquisição da HipoGes Iberia, a plataforma líder do setor no sul da Europa, à firma norte-americana de private equity KKR.

A operação foi formalizada mediante a assinatura de contratos vinculativos e encontra-se sujeita a determinadas condições.

Com esta transação, ambas as empresas criarão a maior plataforma europeia tech-enabled de servicing de crédito e imobiliário, reforçando significativamente a sua presença em Espanha, Portugal, Itália e Grécia.
