GA_P advises BeachBox Villaco on debt refinancing

BeachBox Villaco, co-owner of Hotel Six Senses Ibiza, completes refinancing of its debt with the advice of Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

GA_P has advised BeachBox Villaco, co-owner of the Hotel Six Senses Ibiza, recognised as one of the best hotels on the planet in the first edition of The World’s 50 Best Hotels 2023, on the refinancing of its debt, with Frux Capital, Santander Asset Management and Arcano Partners acting as financiers of the transaction.

The transaction includes, among others, the development and construction of 4 villas ‘Six Senses branded residences’ adjacent to the hotel complex, located in the surroundings of Cala Portinatx (Ibiza).

The team was formed by José Manuel Palau, partner of Public and Regulated Sectors, Antonio Ramírez and María Gabilondo, lawyer and associate of Banking and Finance, Alicia Olaso, Alfonso Pascual and Patricia Baixauli, senior associate and associate of Commercial Law, and Ángel Vaillo and Luis Villar, partner and consultant of Tax Law, among other members of the Valencia and Madrid offices.
