Alfonso is a senior associate in the Corporate and M&A practice at Gómez- Acebo & Pombo.

He specialises on corporate law, civil and commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, having advised large multinational companies in various M&A transactions and corporate restructurings. He also has extensive experience in ongoing advice on corporate matters and in civil and commercial contracts.

He holds a degree in Law from the University of Valencia, having completed the last year of the degree at the Pierre Mendes France University, Grenoble (France).

He has participated as a speaker in different courses on commercial law and international contracting in Chambers of Commerce and is the current organizer of the Gómez-Acebo & Pombo Multidisciplinary Legal Contest “MOOT GA_P”, held annually at the University of Valencia.

Alfonso has participated as author or coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
