Luis Villar
Luis is a consultant in the Tax practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
He specialises in general tax and accounting advice for large companies and business groups, tax consolidation, tax planning and execution of business groups, tax advice on company acquisition operations, review and tax analysis of acquired companies (due diligence) and management and intervention in the process of verification and tax inspection of companies and business groups.
He holds a Business Administration and Management degree from the University of Valencia with an Extraordinary Degree Award.
He is in continuous training in accounting and tax matters (COEV, AEDAF, Stock Market Studies Institute, CEF, etc).
Luis is a regular speaker at conferences organised by the firm and other institutions, as well as professor at Catholic University of Valencia (master of Taxation) and participates as author or coauthor of different legal publications.
