Antonio is a partner in the Banking and Finance practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

He has extensive experience in all types of financing transactions, with a particular focus on restructurings, debt refinancings, corporate financings, acquisition financings and real estate financings. In addition, Antonio has advised on M&A transactions and commercial agreements.

He holds a Law and Business Administration degree (E-3) from the Comillas Pontifical University – ICADE as well as from Marquette University in Milwaukee (USA), where he coursed the last year of the Business Administration degree.

Antonio has participated as author or coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
