El Boletín de novedades pretende proporcionar mensualmente un breve resumen de las principales cuestiones jurídicas de actualidad que resultan de interés en el ámbito del Derecho Agroalimentario, recogiendo asimismo una síntesis de aquellas noticias de otros sectores jurídicos relacionadas con la agricultura, la ganadería, la alimentación y la industria agroalimentaria.

Real Decreto 1528/2012, de 8 de noviembre, por el que se establecen las normas aplicables a los subproductos animales y los productos derivados no destinados al consumo humano (BOE de 17 de noviembre de 2012)

Este Real Decreto tiene como objeto establecer disposiciones específicas de aplicación en España del Reglamento (CE) nº 1069/2009 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo de 21 de octubre de 2009 y del Reglamento (UE) nº 142/2011 de la Comisión de 25 de febrero de 2011 (marco legal de aplicación a la gestión de todos los materiales de origen animal que por diferentes motivos no se destinan al consumo humano).
