Tem uma vasta experiência em transações de energia e infraestruturas, com um perfil global que inclui a assessoria a clientes nacionais e internacionais de primeira linha, tanto em aquisições como no financiamento de ativos em sectores regulados. Esteve envolvida num número significativo de processos de aquisição e financiamento nestes sectores. A sua experiência inclui também financiamentos de aquisições, corporate finance e empréstimos sindicados, operações de refinanciamento e reestruturação de empresas.
