O IMT sobre na cessão de contratos-promessa de compra e venda de Imóveis em Portugal

Neste artigo são analisadas situações que, apesar de não envolverem a transmissão da propriedade sobre imóveis, são legalmente equiparadas à compra e venda e sujeitas a tributação em sede de Imposto Municipal sobre as Transmissões Onerosas de Imóveis em Portugal.
