Luis é consultor de fiscal na Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

É especialista em assessoria fiscal e contabilística geral a grandes empresas e grupos empresariais, consolidação fiscal, planeamento fiscal e execução de operações de reorganização de grupos empresariais, assessoria fiscal em aquisições de empresas, revisão e análise fiscal de empresas adquiridas (due diligence) e gestão e intervenção em auditorias e inspeções fiscais a empresas e grupos empresariais.

É licenciado em Administração e Gestão de Empresas pela Universidade de Valência com o Prémio de Grau Extraordinário. Participou em vários cursos sobre questões contabilísticas e fiscais ministrados pela COEV, AEDAF, Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles, CEF, etc.

Participa regularmente como orador em conferências organizadas pelo escritório e por outras instituições, bem como como professor na Universidade Católica de Valência no Mestrado em Fiscalidade.

Participou também como autor ou coautor em várias publicações jurídicas especializadas.
