Borja Carvajal
Borja is a partner in the Public Law and Regulated Sectors practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
He specialises in regulated sectors, chiefly in energy and infrastructure, and has advised many public and private companies on regulatory aspects of their activities and in the context of complex transactions.
He has wide experience in advising on the tendering, design, financing, construction and commissioning of energy and infrastructure projects, both in Spain as well as abroad. He has also advised companies operating in various regulated sectors such as transport, energy and TMT on numerous administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings at all stages.
He holds a Degree in Law and Business Science from San Pablo CEU University has done master’s degree coursework in Urban Planning and Management at Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
Borja has been recognised by the prestigious legal directory Chambers & Partners as one of the leading professionals in the market both in Public Law as well as in Energy and Natural Resources.
He is also a regular speaker and columnist on various subjects in the field of Public Law.
