Andrea Esbrí

Andrea is a senior associate in the Corporate and M&A practice at Gómez- Acebo & Pombo.

She has experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity (both regulatory and contractual), joint ventures, restructuring processes, corporate law and capital markets. She advises national and international clients.

In 2018 she worked as a foreign associate in the London office of the US law firm Shearman & Sterling.

She has a Degree in Law and a Degree in Business Administration and Management at Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona, (Spain).

She has participated as author or coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
