GA_P advises Corporación Financiera Alba on the sale of Profand to Lucasiñas

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Corporación Financiera Alba, an investment company listed on the Continuous Market, on the sale of 23.7% of Profand to Lucasiñas, a holding company, for 127 million euros.

This transaction, one of the most significant in the investment sector during the first quarter of 2025 in Spain, has generated pre-tax capital gains of 23 million euros for Alba. Alba has contributed to developing Profand’s strategy of growth and leadership in the sector, accelerating its geographic expansion and strengthening its position in the value chain from access to raw materials to the processing and marketing of the final product.
