GA_P assessora Corporación Financiera Alba na venda de Profand a Lucasiñas

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo assessorou Corporación Financiera Alba, sociedade de investimento cotada no Mercado Contínuo, na venda de 23,7% da Profand à Lucasiñas, sociedade gestora de participações sociais, por 127 milhões de euros.

Esta operação, uma das mais significativas no setor do investimento no primeiro trimestre de 2025 em Espanha, gerou mais-valias antes de impostos de 23 milhões de euros para a Alba. A Alba contribuiu para a estratégia de crescimento e liderança da Profand no setor, acelerando a sua expansão geográfica e reforçando a sua posição na cadeia de valor, desde o acesso à matéria-prima até ao processamento e comercialização do produto final.
