    Labour Breakfasts 2025

    We are pleased to invite you to a new edition of our ‘Labour Breakfasts’ in Barcelona, with which we inaugurate the 2025 year.

    We will analyse recent developments in case law and examine the position that Spanish Courts are adopting in relevant matters such as the necessary prior hearing in the case of disciplinary dismissal, additional compensation in the case of unfair dismissal, paid leave or Equality Plans, among many other matters.

    In addition, we will address the labour trends and legislative developments that are expected in the near future, placing special emphasis on the reduction of working hours and the new working day register, the increase in the minimum wage for 2025, the relevant procedural implications contained in Organic Law 1/2025, as well as foreseeable legislative developments that may be approved throughout the year.

    An essential update on the most important labour issues, mainly for Labour Advisors, members of Legal Consultancies, Human Resources Managers and Labour Relations Managers.
