Pablo Santos

Pablo is a partner in the Employment practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

He is specialised in labour law advice and also has a wide experience in dispute management, labour inspections and litigation, both nationally and internationally.

He holds a Law degree from the Pompeu Fabra University and has dedicated four years to the preparation of the competitive examinations for the judicial career. Previously, Pablo worked as an associate at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, where he began his career in 2003. He has been a partner in a major international law firms for many years, consolidating his extensive experience in the legal sector.

Pablo has a distinguished career of more than 20 years in employment law, during which he has advised leading companies in various sectors, especially on complex issues such as restructuring, international mobility, collective bargaining and employment disputes.

He has been highlighted as one of the leading professionals in the Spanish market in his sector and is also recognised in the prestigious legal directories The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners as a professional expert in Employment.

He has participated as a lecturer in several conferences and seminars in the employment law sector. He has participated as an author or coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
