Real Decreto 56/2016: el régimen legal de las auditorías energéticas

El pasado viernes 12 de febrero, el Consejo de Ministros aprobó el Real Decreto 56/2016 (en adelante, real decreto) por el que se transpone parcialmente la Directiva 2012/27/UE, del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 25 de octubre del 2012, relativa a la eficiencia energética en lo referente a auditorías energéticas, acreditación de proveedores de servicios energéticos y auditores, y promoción de la cogeneración de alta eficiencia. De este modo, se pone fin, con un retraso de más de diecisiete meses, a la adaptación de la mencionada directiva.El presente Análisis GA&P se centra en analizar brevemente el régimen legal de las auditorías energéticas, recogiendo las principales cuestiones que plantea su aplicación…
