Proyecto de Ley de lucha contra el empleo irregular y el fraude a la Seguridad Social

En el BOCG de 7 de septiembre de 2012 se ha publicado este Proyecto de Ley con dos objetivos ambiciosos:
? Impulsar el afloramiento del empleo irregular. Para ello se pretende:
? Detectar situaciones de fraude laboral, procediendo en lo posible a su regularización.
? Generar nuevas cotizaciones por falta de alta, ausencia/defecto de cotizaciones, o aplicación indebida de bonificaciones/ reducciones de cotizaciones empresariales a la Seguridad Social.
? Corregir el fraude en la obtención y disfrute de las prestaciones por desempleo.
A tales fines, se prevé la modificación de las principales Leyes (ordinarias) implicadas por razón de la materia: Estatuto de los Trabajadores, Ley General de la Seguridad Social, Ley de la Inspección de Trabajo y Ley de Infracciones y Sanciones en el Orden Social. En esta misma dirección, se recuerda la necesidad de aprobar una Ley Orgánica con el propósito de modificar el Código Penal para reforzar la lucha frente a los delitos contra la Seguridad Social y contra los derechos de los trabajadores.
