Las cláusulas de reserva de derechos en la liquidación de los contratos (G.C.S.P. N.º 46)

Existe una cierta práctica extendida entre los contratistas consistente en introducir cláusulas de reserva de derechos en documentos vinculados al cierre de los contratos administrativos como fórmula genérica para amparar eventuales reclamaciones posteriores. Conviene tener presente lo insuficiente y peligroso de confiar en tales fórmulas rituarias para venir luego a reclamar lo que en su momento no se detalló con precisión y rigor.
