La división del objeto en lotes (G.C.S.P. N.º 101)

La nueva regulación que de la contratación pública establece la Ley 9/2017 modifica una regla tradicional en el ordenamiento jurídico español al disponer la realización independiente de cada una de las partes del contrato mediante su división en lotes. Esta novedad, que responde a la voluntad manifestada de las Directivas de 2014 de facilitar el acceso de las pequeñas y medianas empresas a la contratación, plantea incertidumbre en lo que concierne a su aplicación práctica.
