Indemnización por cese «en términos de mercado» prevista en los estatutos sociales (STS núm. 35/2025, Sala Primera, de 16 de julio)

La sentencia analiza la demanda interpuesta por el consejero ejecutivo de una sociedad por falta de pago de una indemnización por cese prevista en los estatutos sociales (régimen anterior a la reforma de la Ley de Sociedades de Capital en el 2014).
