En un expediente de designación de experto sobre el valor razonable de acciones solicitado por accionistas minoritarios para el ejercicio de derecho de separación por falta de distribución de dividendos no puede el registrador entrar a valorar si procede o no el ejercicio de dicho derecho, limitándose su función a comprobar si concurren los presupuestos para proceder a dicho nombramiento.
