Una vez demostrada la existencia de vicios ocultos, no cabe exigir al Ayuntamiento ―como dueño de la obra― que determine el alcance de la responsabilidad de cada uno de los agentes intervinientes al no resultar posible, en este caso, discernir el grado de responsabilidad que corresponde a cada uno.
