Farmaindustria aprueba una nueva versión del “Código español de buenas prácticas de promoción de medicamentos y de interrelación de la industria farmacéuticas con los profesionales sanitarios”

La Asamblea de Farmaindustria, en su reunión de 26 de octubre de 2010, ha procedido a modificar el «Código español de buenas prácticas de promoción de medicamentos y de interrelación de la industria farmacéutica con las organizaciones de pacientes», aprobando una nueva versión del mismo.Este Código, cuya última versión era de 2008, constituye un instrumento fundamental en el ámbito de la autorregulación publicitaria de medicamentos, junto al «Código español de buenas prácticas de promoción de medicamentos y de interrelación de la industria farmacéuticas con los profesionales sanitarios», habiendo sido encomendada la aplicación de ambos Códigos Jurado de Autocontrol, Asociación para la Autorregulación de la Comunicación Comercial…
