I. EL NUEVO SISTEMA NACIONAL DE GARANTÍA JUVENIL

1. Sujetos del Sistema Nacional de Garantía Juvenil

El pasado sábado 5 de Julio, el BOE recogía el RD-L 8/14, 4 jul. por el que se aprueban las nuevas medidas urgentes para el crecimiento, la competitividad y la eficiencia, en vigor desde el día siguiente a su publicación.Con una regulación sobre materias diversas (actividad económica, infraestructuras y transporte, ámbito energético o medidas fiscales) y tras una exposición de motivos excepcionalmente extensa (treinta páginas, de las ciento setenta y dos totales del texto), la norma recoge, entre otras novedades laborales, la creación del Sistema Nacional de Garantía Juvenil y una serie de medidas de apoyo a la contratación en torno al mismo. El Título IV de la norma (arts. 87 y ss) se destina a recoger aquellas medidas referidas al fomento de la empleabilidad y la ocupación, especialmente la creación de un Sistema Nacional de Garantía Juvenil en su Capítulo I como novedad…
