Anulación del Plan General de Ordenación Urbana de Boadilla del Monte del 2015 por la Sentencia de 19 de abril del 2017, de la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Madrid

La Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Madrid (TSJM) dictó el pasado 19 de abril del 2017 la Sentencia n.º 322/2017, mediante la cual se acuerda anular el Plan General de Ordenación Urbana de Boadilla del Monte, aprobado por el Acuerdo de 20 de octubre del 2015 del Consejo de Gobierno de la Comunidad de Madrid.

A este respecto, si bien el referido Plan General había sido ya objeto de diversas resoluciones judiciales que lo anulaban parcialmente, la sentencia resulta de especial interés dado que anula en su totalidad el Plan General por la falta de emisión del informe de impacto de género en el expediente de tramitación, que la Sala entiende preceptivo…
