Ander es counsel de Público y Sectores Regulados de Gómez- Acebo & Pombo.

Está especializado en urbanismo, procedimiento administrativo y derecho procesal contencioso-administrativo.

Es licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Preparó las oposiciones para el ingreso en la carrera judicial. Hizo los cursos de Práctica Urbanística y de la Construcción y el de Auditoría Legal Ambiental por el Instituto de Empresa (IE).

Ander está reconocido en el prestigioso directorio legal Legal 500 como uno de los profesionales líderes en el área de Public Law.

Ha sido profesor de Derecho Constitucional y de Derecho Administrativo en la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

Ha participado como autor o coautor en varias publicaciones jurídicas especializadas.
