Ranking de fusões e aquisições no sector imobiliário em 2024

A Gómez-Acebo & Pombo está no Top 5 da assessoria em operações de fusões e aquisições imobiliárias em Espanha, com um total de 18 operações, de acordo com a TTR Data.

Os dados globais da plataforma mostram que 2024 foi um ano de reativação para as fusões e aquisições, com um aumento de cerca de 8% no número de transações e 11% no seu valor. O sector imobiliário foi o mais ativo, apesar de uma ligeira diminuição do volume de negócios (2%) em relação a 2023.
