GA_P aconselha a Colonial e o Andbank na constituição de uma SOCIMI para a aquisição da sede da Naturgy

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo assessorou a Colonial e um grupo de investidores liderado pelo Andbank na constituição da SOCIMI “HQ América Socimi” para a aquisição do edifício sede da Naturgy (localizado na Avenida de América, Madrid) por um valor superior a €80m.

A operação insere-se na estratégia de investimento em ativos imobiliários prime em Espanha, através de veículos societários especializados, e representa um passo relevante no compromisso com o mercado de escritórios de elevado valor em Madrid.

A equipa da GA_P foi liderada por Guillermo Guerra e Jaime Díaz de Bustamante, sócios das áreas de Societário e Imobiliário, com o apoio de Irene Carreño Uría, associada da equipa de Societário, e de José Ramón Pérez, Francisco de Bonilla e Jacobo Alapont, associados da equipa de Imobiliário.
