GA_P assessora a Carmila España na venda de vários activos

A Gómez-Acebo & Pombo assessorou os sócios da Carmila España, um dos mais importantes proprietários de centros comerciais da Europa e cotado na Bolsa de Paris, na venda de quatro activos localizados na Andaluzia.

A venda foi formalizada com um family office, mantendo a Carmila a gestão dos activos através de um contrato de gestão de propriedade.

A equipa da GA_P era composta por: Natalia Lastres, José Ramón Pérez Álvarez-Robles, Javier Marroquín e Juan Sainz Tourón, of counsel e associados de Real Estate, respectivamente.
