O nosso parceiro no Regulatorio Financiero y Seguros fala-nos do estado atual e dos desafios dos Fundos de Pensões Profissionais de Promoção Pública

Salienta que, apesar da adoção de regras para estimular estes fundos, o segundo pilar das pensões não arrancou. Sugere a introdução de mais incentivos para encorajar a adesão e ultrapassar as barreiras existentes, tais como a melhoria do quadro regulamentar e a oferta de maiores benefícios fiscais.

Além disso, a diretiva inclui as recentes alterações regulamentares destinadas a tornar os veículos de investimento mais flexíveis e operacionais.
