David es socio de Mercantil de Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

Tiene una amplia y relevante experiencia en fusiones y adquisiciones (M&A), incluyendo compraventa de acciones y de activos, asesoramiento contractual, con especial dedicación a asuntos relacionados con franquicias, distribución y agencia, redacción y ejecución de acuerdos transaccionales y garantías, asesoramiento en conflictos accionariales, así como en cuestiones societarias en general.

Es licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad de Navarra. Hizo el máster de Asesoría Jurídica de Empresas (MAJ) por el Instituto de Empresa de Madrid.

David ha participado como autor o coautor en varias publicaciones jurídicas especializadas.
