David is a partner in the Corporate and M&A practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

He has wide and relevant experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including both share and asset deals across diverse sectors, contractual legal advice with special focus on franchise, distribution and agency related matters, drafting and enforcement of settlement agreements and guarantees, advice on shareholder disputes and general corporate matters.

He holds a Law degree from the University of Navarra and a master’s degree in Corporate Legal Advisory (MAJ) from the IE University.

David has participated as author or coauthor in several specialised legal publications. He is also a lecturer at different Universities and Business Schools.
