Ander is a counsel in the Public Law and Regulated Sectors practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

He is specialised in urban planning, administrative and contentious-administrative procedures.

He holds a Law degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid. He prepared for the competitive examinations for entry into the judiciary. He completed the Urban Planning and Construction Practice and Environmental Legal Audit courses at the IE University.

Ander is recognised in the prestigious legal directory Legal 500 as one of the leading professionals in Public Law.

He has been a lecturer in Constitutional Law and Administrative Law at the Autonomous University of Madrid.

He has participated as author or coauthor in several specialised legal publications.

He joins Gómez-Acebo & Pombo in 2003 and becomes a counsel in 2019.
