Está especializado en reestructuraciones de deuda complejas, financiación directa, financiaciones sindicadas, financiaciones de proyecto, financiaciones inmobiliarias, financiaciones internacionales (cross border) y análisis de deuda y adquisiciones/cesiones de deuda distressed.

Es licenciado en Derecho y tiene un diploma en Estudios Empresariales por la Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE). Tiene un máster (LL.M.) por la Universidad de Nueva York (Estados Unidos). Ha sido asociado internacional (secondment) en Milbank, LLP en Londres (Reino Unido). Está cualificado para ejercer en España y en Nueva York.

Ha participado como autor o coautor en varias publicaciones jurídicas especializadas.
