Rita Espírito Santo

Rita is a senior associate in the Litigation, White Collar Crime and Insolvency practices at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

She specialises in litigation (civil, commercial and corporate), white-collar crime, insolvency and criminal compliance.

She holds a Law degree from University of Lisbon and a Master in Forensic Sciences from the Catholic University of Lisbon (Portugal).

She has completed the I post-graduation course about Law Enforcement, Compliance and Criminal Law in banking, financial and economic activities from Institute of Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences, University of Lisbon and the I post-graduation course in Sports Law at Catholic University of Portugal.

She has also recently attended the II Advanced Course on Insolvency and Recovery Legal Instruments by Jurisnova (Association of the Law Faculty of the Nova University of Lisbon) with the support of the Nova School of Law.
