Núria Vila

Núria is a counsel in the Tax practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

She is specialised and has extensive experience in assisting in tax inspection proceedings, restructuring processes for family groups and multinationals groups, tax advice on M&A transactions, tax advice for private clients / wealth management and tax proceedings before the Tax Administration and before the Courts of Justice.

She has a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona. She did a postgraduate master’s degree in Business Law at Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira.

Núria is a regular speaker at conferences on various tax issues. She has participated as author or coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
