A Núria é counsel de Fiscal na Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

É especializada e tem uma vasta experiência na assistência a processos de inspeção fiscal, reestruturações de grupos familiares e multinacionais, assessoria fiscal em operações de fusões e aquisições, assessoria fiscal a private clients / wealth management e processos fiscais perante a Administração Fiscal e os Tribunais de Justiça.

É licenciada em Direito pela Universidade de Barcelona. Concluiu um mestrado pós-graduado em Direito Empresarial na Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira.

Participa regularmente como oradora em conferências sobre diversos temas fiscais e tem participado como autora ou coautora em várias publicações jurídicas especializadas.
