Diana Linage
Diana is a counsel in the Corporate and M&A practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
She specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, corporate and contract law.
Diana has a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the Autonomous University of Madrid. She has extensive experience in advising private equity funds and industrial companies from different sectors in M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.

She has completed a secondment at Debevoise & Plimpton in New York and has served as Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Board of Directors of several non-listed companies.
Diana has lectured in several university master’s degree courses and is the author of several publications in specialised legal journals.
