Se analiza la ley estadounidense de criptomonedas estables de julio del 2025, que refleja el cambio de política en aquel país: se abandona la línea del dólar digital para fomentar la emisión de criptomonedas estables referenciadas al dólar. La norma establece el régimen jurídico de los emisores de las payment stablecoins,algunas de cuyas previsiones habrán de ser objeto de desarrollo reglamentario.
