Subcontratación mediante cooperativas de trabajo asociado

La utilización de cooperativas de trabajo asociado para subcontratar parte de la propia actividad de una empresa principal ha sido un mecanismo de colaboración tradicional en diferentes sectores. Sin embargo, la intensificación de la figura de los «falsos autónomos» está permitiendo identificar asimismo «falsas cooperativas» que irrumpen en el mercado únicamente para proporcionar trabajadores con unas condiciones laborales inferiores y con unas cotizaciones a la Seguridad Social en un régimen distinto al debido. Esta situación perjudica y contamina a la habitual y estrecha colaboración interempresarial desarrollada con las cooperativas en numerosos sectores productivos.
