Sociedades cotizadas y sistema financiero en la Ley de Economía Sostenible

La Ley de Economía Sostenible (LES) tiene su origen en el documento Estrategia para una Economía Sostenible, que fue aprobada por el Consejo de Ministros en noviembre de 2009, e incluye un variado elenco de iniciativas legislativas, reglamentarias y administrativas. Tras casi un año de tramitación parlamentaria, acaba de ser aprobada definitivamente, si bien, en el camino se han producido modificaciones considerables al texto que inicialmente proponía el Proyecto de Ley que publicó el BOCG en marzo de 2010.Se trata de una ley transversal que abarca los más diversos sectores y actividades que se desarrollan en el mercado, con la finalidad de incentivar y acelerar el desarrollo de una economía más competitiva y que, por lo que respecta al régimen jurídico de las sociedades cotizadas y al sistema financiero, afecta del siguiente modo…
