El Tribunal de Justicia afirma que, en estos procesos, los límites impuestos a los honorarios de abogado en el artículo 394.3 de la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil son conformes con el Derecho de la Unión con la condición de que se respete el principio de efectividad.
