En de un proceso de impugnación de acuerdos sociales, la Audiencia Provincial de Madrid ha considerado que la remisión de la convocatoria de la junta por burofax con acuse de recibo constituye un medio de comunicación equivalente al correo certificado con acuse de recibo (que era el sistema previsto en los estatutos).
