La reciente Sentencia del Tribunal Supremo de 29 de enero del 2015 (n.º de recurso 2872/2015) versa sobre la interpretación del artículo 63.1 de la Ley 15/2007, de Defensa de la Competencia (LDC), para la fijación de las multas.La sentencia estima parcialmente el recurso de casación formulado por el abogado del Estado contra la Sentencia de la Audiencia Nacional de 24 de junio del 2013 y podría calificarse de «sentencia de ida y vuelta» porque la interpretación que realiza del referido precepto en su primera parte (en su pronunciamiento desestimatorio) se ve desvirtuada por la que aplica en su segunda parte (en su pronunciamiento de estimación parcial), en los términos que pasamos a exponer…
