Responsabilidad de la adquirente por las cantidades no abonadas por el Fondo de Garantía Salarial

La exoneración en el plan de liquidación de las deudas laborales plantea la reclamación de las que han sido abonadas por el Fogasa, pero no en su totalidad. Los trabajadores reclaman el importe restante, de forma solidaria, a las empresas adquirente y transmitente.
